Download GINESYS System Information Tool
A new software tool is being developed by GSL named “GINESYS System Information”. This tool will gather critical system information relevant to running GINESYS and present them in an easy to understand way to the user. The information will help to trace different system and configuration related problems quickly and hence substantially reduce issue resolution times. The presented information can be easily exported to a file which in turn can be mailed to GINESYS support desk for faster identification and rectification of problems.
