as H.O. The basic problem with the software was capturing the manufacturing data in the software as that basic software is not having manufacturing module. The company was looking for a solution that would bring all of its businesses and processes together. GINESYS was the Solution which provides the total solution from manufacturing to retailing. Apart from that they are having some specific requirement regarding cost of Sample ling which need to be mapped with GINESYS. Implementing all those requirements in a short span of time was a major challenge for GINESYS.
The first phase involved blueprinting existing processes and mapping them to the desired state. GINESYS team carried out certain amount of BRR to carry out the implementation smooth. The project was implemented in one go as decided by both the organization.
