Multi Store Distribution — Stock Transfer Out / Sales — Goods in Transit / Un-reconciled Transfers

Under Item Rate selection option the ‘MRP’, ‘Transfer Rate’ and ‘Effective Rate’ have been provided. Now, Goods in Transit register report will get generated as per Item Rate selected. By default  the‘Transfer Rate’ is selected.

Multi Store Distribution — Send / Receive Data Files — Send Data Files

The  Item which was extinct was restricted to transfer. Now, the restriction has been removed. ‘Item Type’ option has been provided to select Non-Extinct or Extinct or Both items for Division, Section and Selective option for sending items. The Non-Extinct option is selected by default. If ‘All’ option is selected to send a item the ‘Item Type’ block will get disabled.

Point of Sale — Collection / Refund

The ‘Remarks’ option has been provided.

Point of Sale – Services – Order

The ‘Add Customer’ button option has been added. Thus user can create new Customer through this module if required. If ‘Allow Credit / Advance System’ option in the User Profile (Point of Sales) is not checked the ‘Add Customer’ button will remain disabled and vice-versa.

Administration — User Profiles

‘Print Collection / Refund Receipt Mandatory’ option has been added in the Point of Sales tab. If it is checked here, then the Collection / Refund Receipt will get printed. If it is not, system will ask the user whether Collection / Refund Receipt needs to be printed or not.

Point of Sale — Collection / Refund

Under User Profile (Point Of Sales), if ‘Print Collection / Refund Receipt Mandatory’ option is checked, the Collection / Refund Receipt will get printed mandatorily. If it is not checked, on saving the records, the system will prompt User ‘Do you want to print Collection / Refund Receipt?’Yes/No. Clicking ‘Yes’ will save the records and print it. Clicking ‘No’ will save the record without printing it.     

Inventory — Item Setup – Modify / Manage Item

The ‘Sort and Search’ option has been provided on right click in the ‘Available Item’ block.

Sales and Distribution — Sales Analysis — Sales Order Status – Summary

The Sub Ledger filtration was applicable only on Detail Report. Now it is provided for Summary Report also. Thus Summary Report will be displayed as per Sub Ledger selected in the selection tab.

Finance — Register — Bank Reconciliation Register

The Sub Ledger entered for ‘Master’ type General Ledger will now get displayed in the Register Report.

Inventory — Inventory Analysis — Inventory Ageing Analysis

The ‘Stock In’ at different period is now displayed in specific age period column. Item age and stock information is calculated based on the ‘Stock In’ pool (FIFO method).

Multi Store Distribution — Setup — Store Parameters

‘FIFO Rate’ option has been added in the ‘Transfer Price On’ drop down box. Now Sales Transfer rate of items can be calculated on FIFO basis if the option is selected for the Destination Company.

Multi Store Distribution — Stock Transfer (Out) / Sales > Send Package (Sales/Transfer Out)

If value of ‘Transfer Price on’ in Store parameters of destination company is set to ‘FIFO Rate’, Transfer price will be calculated based on FIFO (First In First Out) at the time of ‘Compose’.

Production — Setup — Process Master

The Order Date range and Order Number option has been provided in the search criteria of ‘F7=Populate Service Rate’ option window. Now Production Entries can be searched through Production Date range and Production Order Number.

SMS Events — Outgoing Logistics

The Consignee Name and Phone Number of tagged document have been included in SMS Event for Outgoing Logistics.

Inventory — Item Setup — Item Price Chart

‘Select All’ option has been provided to extinct all the ‘Price Chart Information’ for a specific item.
