He is also the main architect of GINESYS Product and under his guidance the GINESYS has become a recognized brand among Software Products.
He is the think tank and strategy planner for the Group and is also on board of Resurgent India limited (the consultancy arm of Ginni Systems). |

Mr. Roy is the COO and heads the Research & Development division of Ginni Systems Ltd. He holds post graduate diploma in computer application from DOE, India and has also attained OCP DBA certification from Oracle Corporation and many other technical certifications.
He has extensive experience in Software Development, Project Management, Systems Design and development of manufacturing and Retail systems. He is the chief Technical architect behind GINESYS Product and also has rich experience in the implementation of customized and packaged ERP in various industries in India and abroad. |

Mr Jyoti Prakash Gadia has been in the professional arena for past 15 years and has holds educational degrees of CA, CS, AICWA, CFA and MBA (Finance). He has core competency in the field of Corporate Finance and Management consultancy and offers complete solution to the groups customers.
Mr Gadia serves as a non-executive director of Ginni Systems Limited and is also the managing director of Resurgent India limited (the consultancy arm of Ginni Systems). |

A successful businessman, Mr Manish Lohia has experience of more than 20 years in the field of textiles and garment manufacturing. He is also the managing director of Orchid Creations Pvt Ltd (manufacturers of readymade shirts). |
